The Chiisai Dojo (meaning ‘mini training hall’) opened Wednesday  1st October 2008.  This is the first of hopefully many, in this new venture by a small group of instructors.  The first Dan grading’s were held on Sunday 16th November 2008.

Lessons are carried out in groups of up to ten with the same abilities, allowing for more time with each student.  The dojo is fully matted and equipped, and can cater for students from 3 to 93.
New classes starting in 2010 include women’s self defence, mother & toddler, and Tokyo Joe’s (for pre-school).
